Cancellation Policy
Workshops run at the Fried Mudd Studio and Gallery are extremely popular and often booked out, with people on the waitlist. Please see below how refunds are managed in the event of cancellation:
- Refunds will be less the Square processing fee for the transaction, currently 2.20%.
- Cancellations made fourteen days or more prior to your workshop date will receive a partial refund (as above) or opportunity to reschedule once.
- Cancellations made within seven to fourteen days of your workshop date will be refunded (or rescheduled), if your place can be filled. You may substitute an other person in your place, if that works for you.
- Cancellations made within seven days of your workshop date are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled – sorry.
If a workshop needs to be cancelled by me (e.g. due to insufficient student numbers or illness), you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

This is the fourth workshop I've attended with Cathy, this time I took a few friends along, I am so proud to introduce them to Cathy, she is patient, creative, kind, fully present and she guided each and every one of us individually with our own creations. The workshop is relaxed and even my friends who claimed to have no artistic talent completed works of art worthy of an exhibition... no exaggeration .. :))) I absolutely love this studio, love Cathy's guidance, I recommend her workshops so highly. I would give her 100 stars if I could :) Thank you Cathy xxx
